One of my favorite things to do is have breakfast with friends. Over the course of my 4 years in college I’ve been able to enjoy breakfast with many friend groups. These breakfast parties have helped me try some new foods including German and Kenyan Pancakes, both are really good. I now love German pancakes and make them often.
This semester my neighbors and I conveniently have had extra time on Tuesday and Thursday mornings so we’ve been able to eat breakfast together quite a bit. I bring the German Pancakes, and they make the hash browns.
Here is the recipe I use:
Preheat the Oven to 375
In a blender mix:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
a pinch of salt
Melt 3 tbsp of butter in a 13×9 cake pan, pour in the batter and bake for 20 mins.
I like to eat them with powder sugar & lemon juice.
So easy, and so good!
