Care for sushi?

Last week, some of the interns from the Speech & Presentation Center decided to go out for sushi at the local restaurant, Ninja. There is a great deal from 4:30-6:30 p.m. where certain sushi rolls are discounted to $5.99. We sat there for over an hour, enjoying sushi, each other’s company, and funny Youtube videos on Brittnay’s phone.

The great part was that we each chose a different roll (or two) and then shared with each other so that we could try a variety of sushi instead of one roll. My favorite was the sushi roll we had specially made (per Brittnay’s request). It is one she gets at home in Las Vegas and has shrimp tempura, spicy crab, cucumber with spicy crab, shrimp and avocado with a bonsai sauce. It was amazing.

I also loved Ninja’s bonsai rolls and the king cobra roll. Yum. I’m thinking I’ll have to stop by one more time before the end of the semester…
